Audited Supplier Tool steel plates are types of steel plates used in the manufacture of tools with high hardness, wear resistance, and toughness. Typical grades such as P20, 718, and 1.2311 are pre-hardened plastic mould tool steels with different chemical compositions, hardness, and wear resistance, mainly used in the manufacture of injection molds, extrusion dies, die-casting molds, and other products. 1.2312 is a variant of 1.2311 with a higher sulfur content, which improves machinability but reduces polishability.
